Waste Management (WM) Earnings Expected to Rise

Optimism surrounds Waste Management, as it gets ready to report its second quarter results on Tuesday, July 30, 2013. Analysts are expecting the company to book a profit of 55 cents a share, up from 52 cents a year ago.
